It harmoniously consists of POT Branding House, TABO, Studio Wangun, and Studio Mahardika. Growing steadily as a playful sanctuary for passionate thinkers, designers, and engineers, we aim to continually shape vision, values, and stories in weaving a coherent design expression.

membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi berikut ini:

Site Manager

Syarat/Kualifikasi:

• Currently resides in Bali, Indonesia
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and quality standards in Bali, Indonesia
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant software applications such as CAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse project team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound judgments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
