Site Supervisor

Syarat/Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a site supervision or similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different site locations.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
