Management Trainee (MT) Program Batch 3 2023

This program will give you exposure and advantage :

Learning :

1. Understanding of end to end business process
2. Attain knowledge from experts in each departement
3. Transfer knowledge from the superior and short rotation in division

Projects :

1. Handling diversfied projects
2. Analyzing problems with comping up with ideas and improvement

Experience :

1. Hands on role and lead the project in departement

1. Management Trainee – Finance Accounting

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for fulltime employement
• Applicants must willing to be place in APP office and Mills location

2. Management Trainee – Audit

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement
• Applicants must willing to be place in APP office, Mills location and Region (site)

3. Management Trainee – Area Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn sales administration by completing rotation in sales office and area function
• Learn sales process by completing training program
• Shadow senior sales manager and sales team on a daily basis
• Travel with sales representatives in order to learn about the sales process
• Leads sales at distributor and outlet with area sales manager and area sales supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Applicants must willing to be place in all arround Indonesia (Sabang to Merauke).
• Have driving licenses (A) and (C)

4. Managament Trainee – CapEx (Engineering)

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is a must
• Freshgraduates or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• This position for permanent employement
