1. HCGA FGDP – HCGA Staff

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial or civil engineering
• Fresh graduates from reputable universities
• Willing to work in Cilamaya, Karawang
• The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
• Capable to work effectively and precisely with minimum supervision
• Has a mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan to achieve the target
• Good communication, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in the use of MS. Office Programs

2. HC FGDP – People Acquisition & Development Staff

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least M.Psi / S.Psi degree
• Psychologists and/or assessor certifications are an advantage
• Fresh graduates from reputable universities
• Willing to work in Cilamaya, Karawang
• The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
• Capable to work effectively and precisely with minimum supervision
• Has a mature personality, self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to make a plan to achieve the target
• Good in communication, critical thinking, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in the use of MS. Office Programs

3. Environmental Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in environmental engineering or chemical engineering from a well-known university or reputable university
• Good analytical, accurate with statistics and written reports, well organized, and exercise sound judgment in decision making
• Attention to detail, thorough, with good analytical skill
• Having a mature personality, good attitude, open-minded for working in a team, and self-motivated
• Good communication in English both oral and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent in writing and presentation skills
• Placement: Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
