Lokasi: Jakarta

membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi berikut ini:

Architect Staff

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Architecture degree
• Minimum 3 years of professional working experience
• Experience in MidRise to HighRise Projects is preferred
• Experience in all stages of a project, from conceptual to construction administration and review
• Knowledge of the local building code
• Experience in interfacing and working with consultants
• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of architecture detailing
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and graphic software such as Rhino, Sketchup, 3D Studio Max, VRay, Photoshop, InDesign is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop architecture concepts
• Conduct programming efforts such as space planning, layout
• Contribute to the documentation process from Schematic to Construction Drawings
• Prepare and (or) conduct client presentations
• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirement
• Thrive with personal responsibility and accountability
