QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Responsible in Quality Control Department
- Ensuring all the products in accordance with the standard & specification
- Developing effective Quality Control System to reduce the reject rate
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets within the maintain minimum reject rate
- Ensure compliance of quality to national and international standarts.
- Responsible for creating and implementing the improvement plan within the related area
- Provides direction, development and leadership to Quality Control Supervisors
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Production Management, Production Control, Quality Control, Manpower Planning, Leadership
- Mastery in quality principles knowledge
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Adhesive Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
