Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities : 

• Ensure the Site's Requirement complete before construction including Permit and BoQ of each Project
•  Review Owner Estimation (Internal Budget (RAB) & Timeline) for construction of each Project (Including Civil, MEPAC, CCTV)
•  Ensure the Internal Budget (RAB) align with Project Budget
•  Create / Approve Request Order from Civil Division of each Project
•  Liaise with Construction Vendor to ensure project timeline executed as planned
•  Monitor and review Project Report ( S Curve and Issue List) for each project
•  Ensure handover checklist for each Site Live completed properly

Requirements :

• Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 3 (three) years construction related experience is required with one year experience as Supervisor
• Experience in hotel construction preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or completed construction internship with major Hotel company may be considered in lieu of industry experience.
• Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills along with clear ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
• Ability to receive direction and effectively implement in the field.
• Ability to work independently
• self-starting and driven.
• Ability to read an interpret construction documents.
• Knowledge of the design-build process.
• Strong attention to detail with superior analytical aptitude.
• Must be proactive, flexible, responsible and resourceful with strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to gain skills through superintendent team
• mentoring to accomplish planning and scheduling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
