1. Recruitment Specialist
Requirements

• Male/Female (Max. 35 years old)
• Candiate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from reputable university
• Experiences min. 5 years in the same position
• Required skills: Interview, sourcing, psychotest.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures, keep track of recruiting matriks, research and choose job adversiting options, recomend ways to improve our employer brand.
• Have experience recruitment and interview candidates SPV level up
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process and maintain a database of potential candidate for future job openings
• Good attitude, good communication, can work under pressure, teamwork, detail, on target, pro active, analytical thinking, leadership, result oriented
• Fluent in English
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta

2. MT – Marketing Research (MT-MR)
Requirements

• Male/Female (Max. 25 years old)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistical/Engineering/Management
• Experiences min. 1 years in the same position as Marketing Research
• Capable to manage data and presentation (Excel, PowerPoint, Statistical Software)
• Good attitude, good communication, can work under pressure, team work, on target, pro-active, analytical thinking, leadership, result oriented
• Fluent in English
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta
• Responsibility
• Planning, collect, develop Competitive Intelligence program and analysis data
• Make regular CI analysis reports and present them visually according to management direction

3. MT – Product Development (MT-PD)
Requirements

• Male/Female (Max. 25 years old)
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electro/Industry/Mechanical Engineering
• Experiences min. 1 years in the same position as Product Development Strategy especially livestock equipment ventilation system
• Have knowledge about promotion ATL & BTL
• Good attitude, good communication, can work under pressure, teamwork, detail, on target, pro-active, analytical thinking, leadership, result oriented
• Fluent in Englsih
• Placement at Head Office Jakarta

Responsibility

• Responsible to sell livestock equipment ventilation system including develop product, marketig strategy activity and prediction probability for short-term and long-term
• Responsible to promotion activity both ATL & BTL and strengthen brand image both offline and online.

4. Civil Maintenance Technician
Kualifikasi

• Laki-laki,maksimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan terakhir min. SMK/D3 Jurusan Teknik Sipil (wajib)
• Pengalaman kerja min. 3 tahun diposisi yang sama atau di bidang pekerjaan ini.
• Keahlian : Memiliki kemampuan perbaikan dan perawatan bangunan pabrik dan M/E, mengerti mengenai instalasi listrik 1/3 phase dan struktur bangunan, memiliki kemampuan kalkulasi biaya dalam project (RAB), mahir menggunakan alat ukur, dan mampu membaca serta menggambar teknis/drawing, mampu melakukan pekerjaan plester tambal struktur
• Penempatan di Pabrik Klapanunggal (Cileungsi – Bogor)
• Domisili diutamakan Bogor dan sekitarnya

5. QC Analis Outsource Cikarang
Kualifikasi

• Laki-Laki/Perempuan, maks. 30 tahun.
• Pendidikan terakhir min. SMAK/D3 jurusan Analis Kimia
• Pengalaman min. 1 tahun.
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai analisa kimia dan fisika.
• Tidak merokok, disiplin, cekatan, dan dapat bekerja dalam tim.
• Penempatan di Pabrik Cikarang
• Status karyawan outsourcing (6 bulan)
• Bergabung secepatnya.

6. Venetarian Sales Representative
Requirements

• Male/Female (max. 30 years old)
• Candidate myst possess at least a Bachelor Degree Veterinary
• Experienced 1 year in the same position (Fresh Graduate are wellcome)
• Have Driver License A and C (Point Plus)
• Good communication, can work with team or individually
• Have competency in chicken maintenance and pharmacology
• Willing to placed in all region Indonesia
• Have android phone with min. RAM 3GB (For Internal Software)
